  • Device Information — Device type, browser type, operating system.
  • Usage Data — Pages visited, time spent on the platform, interactions.
  • IP Address — For security and fraud prevention.
  • Cookies — Session cookies for authentication and preferences.

1.3 Payment Information

We do not collect, store, or process any payment card details. All payment processing is handled by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant and RBI-licensed payment aggregator. Please refer to Cashfree's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Cashfree Payments — For processing payments and settlements.
  • Venue Owners — Customer phone number and name are shared with the venue for the purpose of the booking.
  • Customers — Venue contact information (phone, WhatsApp) is displayed publicly on the venue's booking page.
  • Service Providers — Cloud hosting (AWS), database (MongoDB Atlas), messaging services, as necessary to operate the platform.
  • Legal Authorities — When required by law, court order, or government regulation.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (MongoDB Atlas, AWS).
  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL (HTTPS).
  • Bank account details are stored in masked form and transmitted securely to Cashfree.
  • OTP codes expire within 10 minutes and are not stored after verification.
  • Session tokens are signed using JWT and expire after a defined period.

5. Data Retention

  • Account Data — Retained as long as the account is active.
  • Booking Records — Retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and dispute resolution.
  • Payment Records — Retained as required by financial regulations and Cashfree's policies.
  • Inactive Accounts — May be deleted after 24 months of inactivity with prior notice.
